We've been testing the Heat3 Smart glove since the winter of 2013 and we can say with confidence that this is the best winter glove we have found to date for people who engage in cold winter activities like skiing, snow-shoeing, photography, shooting, etc.
Photographing sunrise and vaporizing boiling water at -38°F while dogsledding in Ely, Minnesota, on the edge of the Boundary Waters Canoe Area is no easy task.
I use my Polartec Pro Liner gloves when I am actively rowing and switch to the Heat Smart Pro 3 when sitting and waiting for the right conditions. Without my gloves, I simply would not be able to get my shots.
