Because we are an independent distributor, returns and exchanges must be handled by the store where your order was placed.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns for items received at our warehouse within 14 days of the delivery date.

Returns must be physically delivered to our warehouse by Day 14.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • With original tags attached
  • In original packaging with all contents included

Because we are a small, family-run distributor, we cannot restock or resell items that show signs of wear or have had tags removed.

Items that do not meet these conditions are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping

  • Exchanges: We provide return shipping for exchanges.
  • Refund returns: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

If your item arrived defective or there was a fulfillment error, we will cover return shipping and resolve the issue promptly.
