Refund policy

We accept returns only if items are received back at our warehouse within 14 days of delivery.

Items must have tags attached and include all original packaging and contents.

For return instructions, contact info@theheatcompany.us.

For defective items, contact us at the same email for replacement.

Note: We cover shipping return costs only for exchanges and defective items.
