The gloves I wanted were out of stock. The company contacted me to offer a full refund along with an alternative online store from where to purchase. I was on a deadline, but decided to wait for the gloves to come back in stock as it looked as though that would happen within my timeframe. When that couldn't happen, the company made it right! The customer service was amazing, the alternative gloves they offered came within my deadline, and they are so warm and of such high quality. Highly recommend!
